Goldhill Residence is an intermediate terrace house with an attic that was in one of the residential districts of Singapore. This modern design residence reflects the owner’s vision of having a sleek-modern looking residence without sacrificing simplicity and grandeur.
Tucked in an intermediate plot, this residence was designed with internal courtyard to serve as the source of natural lighting and ventilation for the living and dining spaces. Equipped with residential lift, this vertical access enclosed with glass can have a view out of the courtyard’s zen landscape of greens and water features.
